Authorities tell CBS News that the men may have made a wrong turn onto the campus after an "all night bender."
Howard County police say the SUV was stolen from a hotel off of Route 1 in Jessup, a business corridor not far from the base. Police did not say which hotel.
Sources tell The Washington Post that the two men had an overnight tryst with the man whose SUV they stole."
